Just when I hought I was going to be like 'The Rock' with huge bicep muscles, but unfortunately I got a muscle strain from doing weight lifting. I could still feel the pain coursing through my biceps even thought it was 2 days ago. It looks as though my muscles was going to pop out because it is bulging out like never before. Moreover I can't even straighten my arms out. I knew it all along that from that day when i went to gym, my muscles were going to be a sore. And guess what? My friend is planning to go again with me either on Tuesday or on Wednesday. Man, this is going to be HELL!!! I hope before that day comes I would have recover from this muscle strain...
